Less than a week to get your nominations in!

Hello friends!

September 15th marks two years of Simply Equanimity 🎉 I want to celebrate by giving away two 60-minute full body massages!

I think we could all use a little more kindness these days, so this giveaway is about showing someone else some love...
To enter this drawing, you are going to nominate someone - a friend, family member, co-worker, your favorite gas station attendant, anyone! - who you think deserves a little relaxation in their life, then you AND that special person will be entered to win! Nominate them by commenting on this original post. Tag the person you want to nominate and, if you feel so inclined, tell me a little bit about why you think they deserve a free massage!

Want to keep your nomination a secret? You can DM and it'll stay just between you and me 😊

A few rules:
1. You cannot nominate yourself. I'm sure you've been working hard and deserve it, but nominating yourself will not get you two entries.

Hello Friends!

My yoga teacher training schedule has changed so I've adjusted my hours to accommodate that. I will be available Wednesday evenings now, instead of Wednesday mornings.

Hello Friends!

With my upcoming yoga teacher training starting soon, I will be closing shop on Saturdays, starting the last weekend of August through the end of November/early December. I have, however, added hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! Beginning September 1st, appointments can be made during the following hours:

Monday - Closed
Tuesday - 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday - 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Thursday - 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday - 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays & Sundays - Closed

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause when attempting to book with me and I sincerely thank you all for your understanding and continued support.💚
