I'm now teaching at the RxGym - Athens, part of Athens Physical Therapy! It's a perfect fit for me - therapeutic yoga in a therapeutic environment!

If you think you can't do yoga because you're stiff or have a limiting physical condition, I invite you to give it a try! Safe for all but not really gentle...
