Stiff hips? Low back tension? Letโs loosen things up with this powerful hip flexor stretch!
This move is perfect if youโve been sitting too much or feeling tight in your hips โ and it only takes a minute to feel the difference.
๐ฅ Watch the video and follow these 4 keys to perform it right:
Tuck your pelvis โ Think โtailbone underโ to get a true stretch through the front of the hip.
Keep your chest tall โ Donโt lean forward; keep a strong, upright posture.
Drive through the heel โ Press into the front heel for better glute engagement.
Slow & controlled โ No bouncing! Breathe deep and hold steady.
