🍀 What a shamrockin' good time we had at Arbor Terrace Athens for our St. Patrick's Day Celebration!

Residents enjoyed a delicious traditional corned beef dinner, shared lots of laughs during fun games, and brought their competitive spirit to our St. Patrick's Day Trivia. Things got lively!

We also had three very lucky residents who won beautiful gift baskets generously donated by Agape Hospice, Kimbrough Law, and Inspire Hospice.

A big thank you to our amazing referral partners for their thoughtful donations, and to our wonderful residents for making this celebration so full of joy, laughter, and community spirit. We are already looking forward to the next one!

We were so excited to welcome Heart Strings to the community last week! 🎶 Mickey and Dave Sweeney delighted residents, families, and staff with beautiful duets on the hammered dulcimer and bass marimbula. Their unique sound and joyful energy filled the room and made for a truly memorable afternoon.

It was a privilege to host this award-winning musical duo, and we are so grateful they shared their incredible talent with the Arbor Terrace family. We look forward to welcoming them back again soon!

Residents gather with friends, enjoy a favorite beverage, and put their knowledge to the test across a variety of fun trivia topics.

It’s more than just a game. It’s an evening filled with fellowship, connection, and lots of cheering when someone pulls out the winning answer!

Residents enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at our Irish-themed tea party, filled with sweet treats, meaningful reflection, and wonderful fellowship.

A special thank you to Marcia Wilbur, President of the College of Athens, who shared a thoughtful reflection on “The Walk of Faith” from Matthew 13:24–29. Marcia reminded us that sometimes weeds grow among the flowers in life, but we can choose to be like the flowers, putting our roots down deep so we grow stronger through every season. Thank you, Marcia, for sharing your wisdom and encouragement with residents.

We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Christiane Smith, our Dining Director, for the beautiful decorations and delicious treats that made the afternoon extra special.
