We knew it was coming, but we also know this wasn't a mistake. Express Scripts knew exactly what they were doing and if even one person transferred, they were successful. We have filed a complaint with the Alabama Department of Insurance and I would recommend anyone who'd like to do the same. These billion dollar companies constantly steer patients away from independent pharmacies and get away with an "oops, our bad" letter. Enough is enough! If you'd like to file a claim, feel free to call me and I'll tell you how. Looking forward to keeping all of our PEEHIP customers for years to come!!
