Hi! I'm Tara, busy mom of 3 kiddos, wife, registered dietitian, yoga instructor and certified wellness coach. Since becoming a mama 9 years ago, I've found my life increasingly busy and wearing more hats than I have time for! Before kids, I valued taking time for self care and self improvement, but not as much as I do now! 😄
Mindfulness has become a core value in how I approach my life and work. Without mindfulness, I am usually running on autopilot and burning out by the end of the day. Using mindfulness tools, I am able to keep my energy levels stable, my meal plans balanced and enjoy more quality time with my family.
I started Vana Wellness to help women find a more balanced approach to their well-being. There are WAY too many one-size-fits-all programs out there. Health and balance looks different to each person. We all have individual needs and goals.
