Disclaimer… There’s no way to completely avoid anxiety, especially right now. I think the best way to deal with it, though, is to acknowledge it, sit with it prayerfully, take its lessons and let it pass through. Let the impermanent things stay that way, you know? Did you know 🧐 that acupuncture can be very helpful in dealing with stuck emotions? It’s true! 🤩 For example, if stress has our necks and shoulders tense, acupuncture does not just treat the physical symptoms, we must also treat the root cause or the symptoms will return as soon as the stressors return. An acupuncture treatment is an exercise in mindfulness; in bringing awareness to the patterns that guide our development, we unpack and unwind so much more than “pain.” The Mind & Body are one, and acupuncture can help holistically reintegrate, harmonize, and re-establish alignment for ourselves, bringing a sense of well-being from within, even if we can’t control the world around us. 🤓🙏☯️
