Pain can follow us wherever we go, so why shouldn’t the pain RELIEF?! 🤷‍♂️ I’ve got a travel-kit for just that! 👍 As much as I love having visitors in my office, I understand that the trip there isn’t always possible. So, I crafted a kit with all the necessary supplies to bring relief to where you need it. Who would’ve thought a rolling Stanley tool-kit and tackle-box would bring ancient medicine to your door?! I even have a treatment table that folds up like a comically-oversized suitcase. It’s all sturdy, portable, clean, and efficient, ready to bring relief wherever you need it! 😊 🙏☯️💫

Chinese medicine and philosophy have been used to study and record these cycles for thousands of years. The lessons still apply! For example, seasonal allergies respond very well to acupuncture. Feel the storm coming with your trusty knee? Acupuncture is great for joint pain. The list goes on, and I find the wisdom in this medicine absolutely fascinating, and so do my patients! 😀 Come see for yourself!🫶☯️🙏

Human nature is Nature within our unique selves, and how do we align so that we remain upright? A couple millennia of observations from many of the world’s most brilliant minds have many answers, and I am but a student of theirs… Those who observed Nature’s patterns so diligently that they built the world’s longest surviving medical tradition, by far.

Treat your loved ones to healthcare on a holistic level! Chinese medicine helps us to realign ourselves, our lives, and all our various parts into perspective through truly ancient philosophy and understanding of how Nature and its rhythms play out in our anatomy and physiology. Disharmony then, can be pulled back into harmony. Stuck emotions can be released and utilized as energy no longer tied up, but spent in service of the whole health: body, mind, and spirit. Imagine freeing up what has been held back, so that our potentials can be fully realized! I wish you and yours happy holidays, and I’m glad to finally be able to offer my clients gift cards so they can share what has helped many of them SO MUCH! : )

Disclaimer… There’s no way to completely avoid anxiety, especially right now. I think the best way to deal with it, though, is to acknowledge it, sit with it prayerfully, take its lessons and let it pass through. Let the impermanent things stay that way, you know? Did you know 🧐 that acupuncture can be very helpful in dealing with stuck emotions? It’s true! 🤩 For example, if stress has our necks and shoulders tense, acupuncture does not just treat the physical symptoms, we must also treat the root cause or the symptoms will return as soon as the stressors return. An acupuncture treatment is an exercise in mindfulness; in bringing awareness to the patterns that guide our development, we unpack and unwind so much more than “pain.” The Mind & Body are one, and acupuncture can help holistically reintegrate, harmonize, and re-establish alignment for ourselves, bringing a sense of well-being from within, even if we can’t control the world around us. 🤓🙏☯️

You can’t patent acupuncture. It’s truly the people’s medicine, because in acupuncture the people and their ability to heal themselves are all that are harnessed to shift wellness. In all humility, I don’t heal people, people heal themselves. My job is to help my patients adjust their approach to their own physiology, so that what needs to happen can.
