A huge thank you to Eva, from Piedmont Athens Regional for visiting Oaks at Cedar Shoals, during Fall Prevention Month, what a coincidence that it was also the first day of fall!

Our residents learned so much about the importance of balance and exercise, especially when falls are so common for seniors. They had a blast learning new exercises and to hear that the fear of falling is natual. Falls aren't always avoidable, but we are blessed to live in a community who understand the importance of equipping our resident with knowledge to feel more safe and confident.
