What a beautiful Saturday it has been! ☀️

Our residents had an absolute blast stepping back in time with a lively 50’s & 60’s style performance by Steve McKee — full of classic tunes, great energy, and plenty of smiles. 🎶💃

The fun didn’t stop there! We also enjoyed getting creative with an Easter painting craft (featuring some very colorful Peeps! 🐥🎨), while sipping on a little wine.🍷

Highlights from Our Week at The Haven at Cedar Shoals ✨

We celebrated a big milestone as Marge turned 95 years young—what an incredible joy to honor her! 💐

Our residents were treated to a beautiful performance by the Joy Redmond Singing Circle 🎶

Of course, we made time for fun with one of our all-time favorite games—UNO! 🃏

We wrapped up the week with our General Store, where residents cashed in their hard-earned Haven Bucks. They earn these throughout the month by participating in activities, and it’s always so rewarding to see them pick out things they want and need. 🛍️

Family Night was a success! 🍝✨

We enjoyed a delicious dinner of lasagna, caesar salad, and garlic bread, followed by cocktails. A big thank you to our guest speaker, James, for sharing such an engaging look into the history of Athens—it was truly a highlight of the evening!

So grateful for the time spent together, full of laughter, learning, and connection. Can’t wait for the next one! ❤️

What a wonderful week! 🌼☀️ We soaked up the sunshine by planting flower seeds in our garden beds, setting up some food for the hummingbirds, and planting some seeds in pots for our activity room to brighten our space. We also celebrated National Happiness Day on the 20th with a fun Emoji Party along with Hailey, our music therapist for some happy upbeat songs. 😊🎉
