Happy DSP week, everyone!

HAVAR, Inc. has been in the business of supporting and enabling individuals with developmental disabilities in Southeastern Ohio for over fifty years now. We have only been able to do this because of the hard work and dedication of our DSP / Direct Support Professionals!

This is the week we officially celebrate their efforts and show our appreciation and gratitude for making a difference in so many lives.

If you see a DSP this week (or any other week, for that matter), be sure to thank them for a job well done!

Mary E. Frisby, age 85, of The Plains, Ohio, passed away March 6, 2025, at her home.

Heaven just gained another feisty Angel.

After surviving on our planet for over eight decades, our good friend Mary passed earlier this morning, not unexpectedly. She is survived by her two housemates and her HAVAR family. Her team of staff took exceptional care of her during her time with us.

Please send prayers and positive thoughts to all who were close to her during this challenging time.

Mary, you will be missed but not forgotten!
