Here's how to keep your goals SMART!
Specific - For example, if your goal is to "exercise" more, specify what type of exercise you want to do.
Measurable - Determine how often in a week you'll work toward your goal. Going with the exercise example, how many days a week do you want to exercise?
Achievable - Give yourself a goal that is a realistic step forward, instead of a jump that will feel unattainable.
Relatable - Make sure that you are choosing a goal that pushes you toward something you are actually excited about or interested in doing!
Time-bound - Give yourself a timeline of when you want to check back in and review your progress.
