Moving our bodies in nature!
We love hiking, stretching and gentle yoga, and sound baths, especially in beautiful nature settings like Fort Yargo State Park.
At our 2025 Gratitude Walk and Wellness Day, we got to experience all of these with gratitude for the way our bodies move, the abilities we have, and the ways we get to feel nature and connection.
