Hi everyone, as an update, Harmon Counseling has transitioned to a completely telehealth format. This means that all sessions will be held virtually moving forward. I've made a few changes to the waiting area. The coloring sheet on the wall is something I've had for a few years and I've taken it with me when I've transitioned to a new role. The clients I've had over the years have colored this in as we've talked about hardships, trauma, and their successes. When you come into therapy, as you get yourself ready to walk into some of these hard topics, I hope taking some time to contribute to this will help to ground you and that you will know that you are not alone.
Also, grab a mug of coffee or cider when you walk in!
