If anyone has issues calling into the clinic during the business hours, please email info@thecoulterclinic.com. We have had a few people message Morgan to let her know this and would like everyone to email the clinic so we can troubleshoot this and make sure your needs are addressed. Please ALWAYS email the clinic during normal business hours if phones for some reason are not working as we typically are not aware unless someone brings this to our attention. We get hundreds of calls daily and want to make sure that every need is addressed. Thanks!

**Update: Vonage system is having outages for many clients. We are actively working to change our system as this is obviously too frequent of an occurrence. So sorry to everyone!!

⭐️ It has come to my attention that some patients are still not receiving lab results from our EHR messaging system. We always ask for at least one week for all labs/imaging to be reviewed; however, we are still having many patients tell us that they have not received their lab results.

PLEASE PLEASE (if you have not received something), email me at info@thecoulterclinic.com so I can ensure that you get your lab results promptly. E-mail only please so I can keep track in one location. Please notate LABS as your subject line.

The Coulter Clinic is owned and operated by Morgan Bates Coulter, CRNP. This clinic is an extension of my home, my family, and the love that I have for all of my patients.
