Huntsville Hospital's Lung Center is expanding! We are proud to welcome Pulmonary & Sleep Associates of Huntsville to our team. 🤝

With this growth comes the addition of talented physicians and staff and additional space to continue providing the highest levels of care in pulmonary, sleep, and critical care for our patients in Huntsville, Madison, and Decatur.

🚨 IMPORTANT 🚨
Please please please do your research people! As someone who works in Healthcare and deals with insurance ALL DAY LONG, stay away from Medicare Advantage plans. Medicare Advantage plans (ex: UHC, Humana, & more) are NOT the same as traditional Medicare. Insurance companies are not businesses, so make sure to listen to the ones that deal with patients being denied the care that they need on a daily basis. Do not get mad at the clinics, home healths, DMEs, hospitals, doctors, etc. because this is out of our control. Open enrollment is coming up, October 15th-December 7th, for Medicare Advantage plans and LOTS of changes are happening so please if you have a Medicare Advantage plan or have a loved one you help care for that is approaching the need of more medical attention PLEASE do yourself or them a favor and consider staying far away from these advantage plans. Trust me, there’s NO advantage.

✨ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ✨

Erica received the Bee Award at Decatur Morgan a few weeks ago for her hard work and dedication in assisting a patient. Erica went above and BEYOND for a patient at Decatur Morgan. She is fluent in Spanish and a young patient that did not speak English came in who unfortunately had a heat stroke and fell off a roof. Erica was a translator through his whole stay as well as providing equipment he needed. Even now she remains in contact with the patient and family in assisting in his care. We are so proud to have her on our team!
