Join us tomorrow at 10am for some community fun! The event will be dedicated to Sergeant First Class Bertram McDowell Sr, an Army Ranger who served with the SOA 34 Battalion USAREUR. Come out and show your support! We will have a memorial workout, yoga, and food. The event will conclude at 12:00 p.m. tomorrow. Invite all your gym buddies, veterans, and the community! It will be a day to remember!

Had an amazing time at Pedal for P-Man event today at Grant Park. We went on a beautiful bike ride and great seeing everyone! Thank you so much P-Man Foundation for funding our events and creating opportunities to bring others in recovery together and their families to have another good day! What a great way to celebrate 10 years of an amazing organization!! You guys are rockstars!!

Our 5th Annual Veterans Field Day Fundraiser is almost here — happening Saturday, November 15th from 10 AM – 2 PM at Pittard Park in Winterville!

Join us for a powerful day of movement, connection, and community as we:
🎉 Compete in Field Day Games for all ages
🧘 Flow through Yoga in the Park
🏋️‍♂️ Honor our heroes in the Memorial Workout Competition
🍎 Enjoy food and protein bars to stay fueled

This event is FREE and open to everyone — veterans, families, and the community. Every bit of support helps us provide veterans with:
💛 Treatment and recovery assistance
💛 Help with bills, utilities, food, and housing
💛 Clothing and community through wellness, art, and music
