Embodied Coherence Movement Practice with Gaura
This practice draws from yoga, qigong, club and rope swinging, joint articulation, and strength-through-range approaches such as Kinstretch, PAILs, and RAILs.
Sessions may vary in pace and intensity — moving between slow, exploratory work and more rhythmic, dynamic movement. Build resilience, mobility, and embodied awareness.
