My baby should be here, going to school with her brother and sister. Missing her is hard, living without her is harder. I miss everything, her smiles, her laughter..... Even her tantrums, and lawd that child knew how to throw a tantrum. Until we meet again sissy. I will miss you forever, and love you always.

Today is my baby's 2nd birthday in heaven. I've been trying to avoid thinking about it but it still got to me. To say I miss her is an understatement. I've had my moment of tears today, yet we are still here for a reason so I must keep moving and keep my head up to say the least. Yes, I miss her with a passion. I would love to have her with us today, she filled out lives with hope and happiness. Love and laughter, with of course the sometime tantrums. I wish I could watch her dance again, or watch her play with her brother and sister with their Legos. She left a mark on this world and a hole in my heart that will never heal. She was a hero in my book, and will forever be missed. Happy 11th birthday my sweet angel baby. I hope your riding that Harley with uncle D. We all love and miss you both dearly.

It's been a long time since I have posted anything. The year has went by so quickly and within it a whirlwind of emotions. So days are easy and some I get lost in thought and break. Learning to live without her is hard. She always kept me smiling with her quirkiness. I sometimes look back at the videos we did on this page just to hear her voice and laughter. Her headstone did finally come in thanks to leoma monument out of leoma tn. I couldn't be more happier with it, they did a fantastic job with it. I often wish that my brother would have been there with us the day we laid her in her final resting place. Yet things happen for a reason. I miss them both and there's several days I wish I could call my brother and ask him questions or for advice, but I can't. I still have videos of him singing though, so that's a good thing. Life has been so harsh over the past decade, lot of lessons learned the hard way. Some learned by just being observant. Life must go on though......right?? We are all still here for some reason.

Hey you guys, got this idea from a fellow sarcoma parent. Could you guys wear yellow and put a picture in the comment for our babies.

Tomorrow is the day when members of the community join together to wear yellow to increase awareness about sarcoma and the needs of sarcoma patients and survivors. On Friday, wear yellow and share why you are wearing yellow and why sarcoma awareness is important to you.
