General information

Brown Hall (1954) – Named for LTJG Robert T. Brown, killed aboard the USS Scorpion in 1944. Lt. Brown was a journalism graduate of UGA and the son of Congressman and Mrs. Paul Brown of Elberton. He was the communications officer aboard the Scorpion. He was listed as MIA on Feb. 22, 1944, but this was changed to KIA on January 11, 1946.
