Let’s get the facts straight!

Here is what actually happen when you age:

Muscle mass naturally begins to decline. Recovery time increases. Hormonal shifts impact energy, strength, and inflammation. Joint stability and mobility become more important

Because of this, high intensity volume is not always the most effective approach.

What becomes more effective?

Progressive strength training. Stability work. Mobility training. Adequate recovery between sessions. Intentional programming over random intensity.

Training in your 30s, 40s, and 50s is not about doing less.

It is about doing what works.

Strength becomes protective. Mobility becomes preventative. Recovery becomes strategic.

On February 26, our Flow Yoga Community Class is dedicated to supporting the Athens Area Diaper Bank.

The Athens Area Diaper Bank works to ensure that families in our community have access to one of the most basic essentials for babies and young children. Diapers are not covered by government assistance programs, and for many families, they are a significant monthly expense. This organization helps bridge that gap with dignity and care, serving hundreds of families right here in Athens.

Come move with us, bring someone you love, and be part of something that supports our community in a meaningful way.
