The Wired Differently Series and Middle Path Yoga join for a unique six-week journey of insight and embodiment. Each week blends guided learning on neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism) with mindful yoga practice—creating a space where both brain and body feel supported, seen, and restored. Participants will explore the power of the right words and compassionate understanding to shift shame into clarity, while grounding that learning through movement, breath, and deep rest.
Sessions begin with accessible teachings from the Wired Differently framework, followed by gentle yoga flow to release tension and integrate learning into the body. Each class closes with a Yoga Nidra nap, designed to restore the nervous system and invite deep balance. Together, this combination offers sustainable tools for resilience—part learning, part moving, part resting—all in an affirming, inclusive environment.
Weeks 1–3: Understanding Our Wiring – Building a Strong Foundation
Explore the core traits of ADHD & Autism, how they shape daily experience, and the power of new language to create compassion and clarity.
Week 4: Executive Functioning – Navigating Daily Life
Learn how executive functioning challenges show up in planning, organization, and follow-through, emotional regulation and more, and discover supportive approaches.
Week 5: Emotional Regulation – Overwhelm, Meltdowns, Shutdown & Burnout
Understand the neurodivergent nervous system’s stress responses, how they shape our lived experience, and how insight can lead to practical strategies, supportive accommodations, and radical acceptance.
Week 6: Navigating Different Environments – Home, School & Work
Explore different settings (school, work and home) and identify accommodations that allow both individuals and families to thrive.
