💫 Meet Your Hosts
Lucy — I’m the owner of Shakti Yoga Athens, a trauma-informed yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and ceremony facilitator. Over the last eight years, I’ve guided thousands of classes, trainings, and sacred gatherings. My intention is to hold grounded, heart-led spaces where you can rest deeply, reconnect with yourself, and honor your own wisdom.

Kim- A Reiki Master teacher with over 20 years of practice and nearly two decades of experience in Western medicine. Kim studies Reiki, sound healing, biofield tuning, and energy medicine to create safe and powerful spaces for release, balance, and renewal. Her work bridges science and spirit, offering grounded yet deeply transformative care.
