Not only do we spend an evening enjoying great music, but we get to hear the heart of Mercy. Patients and volunteers sharing the impact of Mercy on their lives is always an encouragement and provides a great opportunity to showcase the Mission of Mercy. Music on the Lawn is a celebration with a "Chastain Park" feel including good food, great friends, and wonderful music on the lawn at Wire Park. Attendees will enjoy a catered dinner, spirits, and an exciting auction, as well as some phenomenal live music! Music on the Lawn is Athens’ only outdoor singer-songwriter concert! Meet our new Volunteer Coordinator, Melinda Fulcher! Melinda is originally from Jackson County, GA and previously worked as a preschool teacher for 10 years at Jackson Trail Christian. Melinda and her family, her husband and three teenagers, live on a cattle farm and have lots of cows! They have been members of Attica Baptist Church for 20 years. Melinda was drawn to Mercy for the mission of our organization. She has been enjoying getting to know all of the amazing student and provider volunteers! We are so excited to have Melinda as part of the Mercy team!
