It’s easy to think that faster movement means a better workout.
But when everything moves quickly, there’s very little time to notice what’s actually happening in your body.
And without that awareness, it’s hard to know what’s helping and what might not be.
Slowing things down changes that.
It gives you space to breathe, to sense, and to adjust. It allows you to feel subtle shifts that would otherwise go unnoticed.
This kind of awareness becomes one of the most powerful tools in your practice.
Because the more you can feel, the more you can respond in a way that supports your body.
