Another incredible evening with the Women’s Circle of Giving 💛

We are so grateful for the energy, compassion, and generosity shared by everyone who joined us. It was inspiring to welcome new members and come together to support organizations making a real difference in our community.

Congratulations to Gardner CAC on being our latest recipient, and to Habitat for Humanity North Central as our runner-up. Both organizations are doing meaningful, impactful work, and we are proud to support them.

A special thank you to our sponsors and partners who helped make the evening so memorable. Moments like these remind us of the power of community and giving back.

We can’t wait to see you all again in June! 🌼

Healing that goes beyond the surface 💙

At Heywood Hospital’s Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine Center, we offer advanced treatments designed to support healing when traditional methods may not be enough. One of these options is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), a specialized treatment that delivers high concentrations of oxygen to help accelerate the body’s natural healing process.

HBOT works by:
✔ Enhancing oxygen delivery to damaged tissue
✔ Promoting new blood vessel growth
✔ Supporting faster, more effective healing

If you or a loved one is dealing with a nonhealing wound, our team is here to help with personalized, compassionate care every step of the way.

Proud to see our NCC3 team representing Athol Hospital and our ongoing work to expand recovery support in rural communities. Through the RCORP grant, we’re helping increase access to treatment, recovery, and prevention services while working to reduce stigma around addiction and behavioral health.

Together, we’re supporting individuals and families across the Athol Hospital service area.

💙 Thankful Thursday Spotlight 💙

This week we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Emilie for her incredible courage and compassion.

When she spotted a gentleman lying unresponsive in the middle of the road, Emilie immediately took action, insisting they pull over, quickly assessing his vital signs, and beginning care for a heart attack until EMS arrived. Because of her swift recognition and calm response, his life was saved.

Her dedication carries into her work every day in the surgical department, where colleagues consistently praise her skill, professionalism, and heartfelt care for her patients.

We are honored to celebrate her nomination for The DAISY Award 🌼 Thank you, Emilie, for exemplifying what extraordinary nursing truly looks like! 👏💛
