This powerful workshop invites you to explore Soul Exhaustion, a state that goes beyond diagnosis or pathology - where a person’s sense of identity, purpose, and vitality is worn thin by the cumulative weight of trauma, loss, and disconnection. Together, we’ll also explore Soul Care, a restorative approach centered on connection, creativity, compassion, and presence rather than focusing on clinical intervention alone.
