We may have been a little quiet on social media, but here at Sunrise Ridge, we’ve been anything but. Winter has been a season of deep work, reflection, and real healing—and our community has been showing up in powerful ways.

Today, we had the joy of celebrating Kristin at her graduation. She poured herself into this program with determination, authenticity, and so much heart. She’s truly reaped the gifts that come from doing the work.

Congratulations, Kristin! Your individuality, strength, and generous spirit will be deeply missed in the halls of Sunrise Ridge. We can’t wait to welcome you back as an alum. 💛✨

✨🚭 Tomorrow is the Great American Smokeout! 🚭✨

At Sunrise Ridge, we put together “Quit Kits” for our women — because quitting can be hard, and support should feel good. 💗

Our women have made powerful pledges — some to quit completely, others to simply delay their first smoke — and we’re here to celebrate every win, big or small. 🌟

Each kit is filled with support and tools to help during tough moments:
🩷 stress balls
🩷 fidget spinners
🩷 gum
🩷 journals
🩷 and a few extra goodies to make the journey feel a little lighter

We are endlessly proud of the courage these women show each day. Here’s to choosing health, choosing hope, and choosing you. 💪🏻💞

Congratulations to Aliey!!!
We are so proud of everything Aliey has accomplished during her time in our program. You can often find her singing and laughing, but she’s also deeply committed to her recovery and healing. Aliey has been a true pillar of this community, and her presence will be greatly missed.

We’re beyond excited to welcome her back soon as part of our alumni family! 💛 She’ll be staying local and moving into supportive housing to continue her journey of growth and recovery — and we couldn’t be prouder.

Today we celebrate Stephanie — a woman whose strength, kindness, and resilience have deeply touched our community. 💛

Stephanie entered our program nine months ago, and just two months in, she faced the unimaginable loss of her mom. In the midst of heartbreak, she found a strength she didn’t know she had. She became a powerful example of what it means to face adversity and never give up.

Her kindness changes a room, and her ability to connect with others is something you can’t see — but you can feel. Stephanie radiates warmth, compassion, and hope wherever she goes.

We are beyond proud to see her graduate and continue her journey in Supportive Housing. Her future is shining bright, and we know she’ll keep inspiring everyone she meets. 🌟
