I know I haven't posted a lot lately back to work and all. But I have been trying to keep up on my stretching and my workouts hope you all have as well. Let's get it today every little bit counts every little bit will make you stronger and better. Before you know it you won't even recognize yourself. In this episode I took clips from my first journey up Mount Tully with the family. Accompanying me is my 2 daughters and my Wife. This was recorded with my phone. I was nervous to climb with my equipment for the first time. While my 6 years old was doing her first climb. We took the steeper side of the mountain to go up. I will be doing this climb again and with my cameras!!
