😔Mission School of Hope is Very Sad

A Gift is Gone!

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing into glory of Miss Njock Eyong Patience Mbu (who we fondly call Mayong) on July 09, 2025 .

Patience was Mission School of Hope’s secretary. Her love for the children, cheerful heart, character and passion for the spread of the gospel of Jesus-Christ was exemplary.

She died in a bus accident at the Ekona - Buea road in the South West region. This accident shook the whole nation of Cameroon, leaving many families bereaved.
We would also love to mention that Miss Patience was the daughter of our president, Mrs. Beatrice Diffang .

We request for your prayers for the Mission School of Hope family and, especially, for Beatrice and the entire family who have been severely affected by the brutal departure of their daughter, sister and friend.

Funeral program will be announced subsequently.

🙏 Please keep AyukEnow Beatrice Diffang and the families in Cameroon in your prayers.

A devastating bus accident caused by a drunk driver claimed the lives of all passengers on board. Among those grieving is AyukEnow Beatrice Diffang, the new President of the Mission School of Hope—a school where HUHO helped launch a medical clinic through donated equipment and supplies. Her daughter was tragically killed.

Our hearts are broken for her and the many parents and families impacted by this unimaginable tragedy. 💔

Please join us in lifting them up in prayer during this incredibly difficult time.

🚨 Big News!!! 🎉
Today marks a major milestone for our leadership team—we are officially incorporated as the HUHO Foundation, alongside our incredibly gifted Board of Directors! 🙌💥

This means both the HUHO Gala and There Is Hope events now have a strong foundation—literally—to grow under. We are deeply grateful to God for the strength, vision, and grace to step boldly into this new season. ❤️🙏

🇪🇬 Next stop: Cairo, Egypt!
I’m honored to announce that I will be speaking for the first time as President of the HUHO Foundation at the Nyadthing Neding Academy graduation—a refugee school in Cairo—where we will present 11 students with full academic sponsorships! 🎓📚

Our Foundation is supporting 5 of these students!
During this mission, I will also:

Meet with the Hospital Director and Nursing Director at Al-Germaniyya Hospital in Aswan, Egypt.

Partner with local leaders and ministries helping families rebuild after escaping the civil war in Sudan.

Deliver handmade letters from the Roca Kidz Club, along with academic supplies for sponsored students..

Transport a portable therapeutic ultrasound light machine and other medical equipment to a clinic in Cairo with Go Mission. I will be meeting with the leader of this mission and see all the different multilayers of practical help they provide in the neighborhoods of Cairo!

🙏 Please pray for this mission trip—for safety, impact, and continued opportunities to Help Us Help Others.

Update from ROCA KIDZ CLUB on the Accel Program success! We are grateful to be able to double our evening’s donation from the Gala! This program will be receiving a total of $2,000 dollars 🙌🙌🙌

We are so grateful for Laura who has been running our ROCA Accel program. She came to us through Adventures in Missions (AIM), and is serving Manchester so well. We have a pretty awesome AIM team with us this week from Indiana, and they will be helping at all of our three locations tomorrow.
