Grateful for the opportunity to give back, support our neighbors and make a meaningful difference. Small actions add up, and we’re honored to play a part in something bigger than ourselves.

We get asked a lot “what is the best posture”? What we tell people is that there is not a single ideal posture. If you spend too much time in any position it will become painful and detrimental to you. Your body is designed to move and movement produces a wide range positive adaptations for your health.
•
Every 30 minutes you should move or change positions. This could be something very simple such as touching your toes and backwards bending a few times or going to refill your water bottle but the point is move and try to change positions if you can.

Hello everyone!
Linda Tran, PT, DPT Physical Therapist
My name is Linda Tran, and I recently graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM)’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program located in Suwannee, GA. I became a physical therapist because it brings me joy when I am able to help others achieve their goals. To help others improve their quality of life and return to what they love doing the most is important to me as a therapist. My interest in balance and vestibular conditions grew after a clinical rotation specializing with this population! I want to continue to expand my knowledge in this expertise, and I would like to eventually branch out to pelvic health!
In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, drawing/painting, going to concerts, and exploring new coffee shops! I love spending time in nature and hanging out with my friends and family
