🌿 Foraging Etiquette & Sacred Practices — Discover the one-third rule, why you should never take the first plant you see, and the deep Indigenous wisdom that honors balance, respect, and gratitude for nature.
🍃 Seasonal Awareness — Learn how the same patch of land can offer a new abundance with every season and how to begin training your eye to see what’s truly ready to harvest.
🌼 The Healing Gifts in Your Backyard — Even common “weeds” like dandelions hold powerful medicine. Enazi will share how these everyday plants can support your body, like liver health and natural detoxing, and how we can reclaim their value.

🗣️Restock: Bee Balm & Sage Tea

Currently my favorite tea, this is so aromatic and floral! 🤤😍
I love this one with desserts as it holds off the sugar shakes or after dinner to settle your stomach. It’s so beautiful on its own as well.

This time I made teabags so it’s much easier to drop them in a mug and start sipping. You can purchase in sets of 10 or individually.
