There are times when the world feels so overwhelming and loud and difficulty. When that happens, I need you to STOP for a moment and take a really deep breath. Try to slow your mind down by focusing on 1 thing. It can be a real thing or imaginary, in the room or else where…doesn’t matter. Just focus on that one thing and allow your body to release. The release allows for the flow of emotions, ideas, thoughts and healing. Allow it to happen. Then enjoy your release.
