Too tired to pour into yourself? You’re not alone and it doesn’t have to stay that way.

This National Stress Awareness Month, start small. Rest without guilt. Breathe a little deeper. Choose one thing today that’s just for you.

Self-care isn’t always a spa day it’s giving yourself permission to slow down. 🤍

Affirmations can be small reminders that help bring us back to ourselves.

Save these affirmations so you can return to them whenever you need a reminder of your strength and worth.

April may bring the rain, but every drop is planting the seeds for something beautiful 🌱💧. Remember, growth takes time; it’s sometimes slow, sometimes messy, but always worth it. 🌷

Happy birthday to the heart behind it all 🤎✨

Today we celebrate our founder, Joseé the intention that built The Looking Glass into what it is today.

Thank you for leading with purpose, for pouring into others, and for reminding us that growth can be both gentle and powerful.
Here’s to many more years of clarity, alignment, and becoming!!

I attended the SKIRTS play and helped foster a space where BIPOC individuals could feel safe expressing whatever emotions came up for them.

The performance offered a powerful and intimate look into the realities of living with a mental disorder.

Creating and contributing to spaces like this is deeply important to me, as I strive to be an accessible resource for others. 🤎

Reflection helps us better understand who we are, what we need, and how we want to move forward. Asking ourselves thoughtful questions can open the door to growth, healing, and deeper self-awareness.

Take a moment today to pause and reflect. Which of these questions resonates with you most? 💚

Today marks the first day of spring. 🌱

Spring often arrives as a quiet reminder that growth is possible, even after long seasons of rest, challenge, or uncertainty. Just as nature begins to shift and bloom again, this season invites us to gently reflect on what we want to nurture in our own lives.

What are you welcoming into this new season?

This journal is for anyone navigating life transitions, seeking intentional self-care, craving culturally responsive reflection, or ready to build habits that support their well-being.

It’s more than just writing it’s about healing to reclaim your inner peace!

Women’s History Month is a time to reflect on the women who have shaped our lives in both visible and quiet ways.

Take a moment to think about the women who have supported you, inspired you, or helped you see yourself more clearly.

What have they taught you?

As the days grow longer, consider it an invitation to reset. ☀️🌿

Maximizing daylight and reconnecting with nature can gently support your mental and emotional well-being. Open your windows in the morning. Take a short walk outside. Journal, read, or simply sit in the sunlight for a few minutes.

Nature has a way of slowing us down and helping us return to ourselves. This season, allow the light in both around you and within you.
