Armoni Moody is an artist educator, wellness warrior, and Southern Belle from Atlanta, GA. Her work and passions have led her to build spaces of healing, affirmation, and creativity for both children and adults in major cities across the U.S. She has studied Dance, Education Studies, and Human Development and Psychology at Barnard College, Spelman College, and Harvard University. Because of her educational experiences, Armoni strongly believes in the power of mind-body connection and strives to spread the wealth of mind-body awareness to communities of color. Armoni’s mission is to inspire self-love, self-empowerment, and self-preservation through her teachings. When she’s not moving on a dance floor, she’s moving in a kitchen. She loves learning about culture through both creative movement and food. So, there is not a dance break nor a biscuit that she’ll leaves untouched.
