Summer is fast approaching!! These last few weeks of school can feel like a whirlwind of finals, testing, projects, recitals and end of year events. Summer can be a great opportunity to reset, restore and really set a focus on the self, mental health and emotional needs. And we’re here for it all!

Feelings are not as simple as we may think they are. There is ALOT of feeling going on behind every single moment, situation, interaction, connection and experience. If we just respond to the surface, we are probably missing the roots causes and deeper emotions driving that surface response. We establish these responses out of need to self preserve, protect or survive. Sometime we need to call ourselves out to be able to access the depth we all have but often store away.

Beautiful Oops is a staple at our office! The possibilities of what a mistake or whoops can turn into if we allow our imagination to flourish and believe that our value is not based on perfection. This book reminds us of how simple mistakes can be morphed into fun characters and wacky stories and maybe even insight a little laughter.
