Your body remembers what your mind tries to move past. 🤍
Stress, anxiety, and unresolved trauma don’t just live in your thoughts — they can also settle into your body through tension, shallow breathing, fatigue, overwhelm, tight shoulders, chest heaviness, and even digestive issues.
One of the simplest ways to begin releasing what your body has been holding is through intentional breathwork.
When we breathe deeply and slowly, we send a signal to our nervous system that says: “You are safe now.”
Breathwork can help:
✨ regulate the nervous system
✨ calm anxious thoughts
✨ release stored emotional tension
✨ bring you back into your body
✨ create space for peace, clarity, and healing
You do not have to carry everything your body has been bracing against.
Try this simple daily breathwork practice:
🌿 Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 counts
🌿 Hold for 4 counts
🌿 Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6–8 counts
🌿 Repeat for 3–5 minutes
Practice It:
• before getting out of bed
• in the car before work
• after a stressful moment
• before sleep
Healing doesn’t always begin with doing more. Sometimes it begins with breathing deeper.
