Slow. Down. When. Dating.

Because time is the one thing a manipulator can’t hide behind. A good man becomes more consistent, more open, more gentle, and more intentional the longer you know him. His words and actions align effortlessly. But the wrong man? With time, his mask slips—his lies show, his patterns repeat, and his true character starts leaking through every crack. That’s why slowing down is spiritual protection. It gives you space to see who’s real, who’s pretending, and who deserves access to you. Time reveals everything—use it wisely.

JUST TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THIS LIST. How can anyone possibly survive a relationship with someone who does these things? That's why NORMAL is so powerful for us, post-narc. Just being around normal people gives us insight into the crazy world of the narc. And, being in a normal relationship over time REALLY opens our eyes. And, it's sweet beyond words.
