Love yourself enough to not tolerate anything less than you deserve. Whether it’s from a person, situation, job etc…Whatever happened in your childhood, doesn’t have to affect your future. It’s a thing called overstaying your welcome. Nothing should be forced or come at such great cost. Your dignity, your respect, you matter. You are too talented and gifted to sit in pain.

Taking your past out on people you meet is not the way to heal. Hurting people instead of healing from trauma, will only bring more bad karma. It’s time to stop repeating cycles and move differently. You may feel like you need people to feel whole. It’s ok to be sociable, but codependency is unhealthy.

I’m hearing it’s time to be real, get real with yourself. Whatever truth you want to live in, live it. It doesn’t matter what people think, it’s only about your happiness and peace.
