We’ve just closed out our first semester with City of Atlanta Parks and Rec.

At Collier Park we provided yoga, mindfulness, goal setting, nature walks and so much more. Our teachers Carla and Mackenzie () did a great job with assisting us with impacting the youth of Atlanta.

We began our first yoga session with City of Atlanta Parks and Rec @ Collier Heights on last week.

Outside of we will give guidance and instruction on S.M.A.R.T. Goal Setting and different methods to calm oneself in difficult situations.
