Join Jessica for a special Flow for a Cause this Sunday, March 24th at 12 noon.

In Jessica's words: During my nursing career, I provided care fo many acutely ill patients with TBI ( Traumatic Brain Injury) and other neurological diseases. This population would require continued care and rehabilition after leaving the hospital but most of us cannot fully appreciate the support they need to " return to daily life." Love your BRain provides caregivers and those living with TBI by offering programs with yoga and mindfulneess to support their resilience, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

Join Jessica and Noelle for Sculpt and Flow Bond with Bands. Bring a Friend for afree on 1/23 at 9 AM. This class will incorporate resistance bands into a variaety of excercises to target different muscle groups and imprve overall strength, flexibility, and endurance.
