We had the most amazing day at Corcovado National park.

An early start with the sunrise followed by a boat ride to the park was the way we began day.

Our skillful guide lead us on the most amazing hike with a full host of animals to see.

Or was an amazing day! We Retreat With Purpose on our retreats. We create an amazing program and you just show up.

Yoga retreats are just the best!

We made it to our home from home for the week and we are certainly “ Escaping the Ordinary” here in Costa Rica

A small plane delivered big views.

Far from the crowds with a stunning property steps from the beach all to ourselves.

Yoga onsite, meals prepared, activities organized, and stunning views- all the bases are covered!

We are so excited for the week ahead and the chance to slow down. Pura Vida here we come!!

Rebecca and Kathy are leading a 10-day journey to one of the most quietly extraordinary places on earth: Willka T’ika, an eco-sanctuary nestled in Peru’s Sacred Valley, between Cusco and Machu Picchu.

Each day begins with yoga, pranayama, and meditation. From there, you’ll be gently guided into the living spirit of the valley; sacred sites, ancient traditions, Despacho fire ceremonies, the Maras salt flats, vibrant local markets, and the wonder of Machu Picchu. Every detail is taken care of. Your only job is to show up.

This is more than a retreat. It’s a pilgrimage back to your center.
