The big reveal part two! Next retreat destination Costa Rica!!

Our “escaping the ordinary’ retreat is going to tick all the boxes- of that you can be sure! Along with daily yoga sessions, you will spend your time exploring the peninsula’s spectacular beaches, snorkeling in calm coves, going turtle-, dolphin-, or whale-watching, and kayaking through lush mangroves. You can also choose to spend time in the gardens, swinging lazily in a hammock while watching squirrel monkeys leap from branch to branch overhead.

We are heading up and we can’t wait!!!

The name Nereus is inspired by a figure from Greek mythology, representing our journey together as “pebbles on the path.” It’s a beautiful reminder of the shared experiences that bring us closer.

We had the best time for our Weekend in the woods.

Retreats are about so much more than yoga. They are the perfect place to be a kid again and laugh till your belly hurts.

We can’t wait for our next one in Spain October 28th-November 3rd.

Life can get serious and yoga retreats don’t have to be.

Saturday, June 28th, 1-2 pm, join Rebecca for this informative workshop.

Have you ever wondered how to start with yoga?

It certainly can feel intimidating to walk into a class and feel like everyone knows what they are doing.

You may already have a practice, but you would like to learn how to find alignment in certain poses.

Perhaps it’s been a while since you’ve been on your mat, and you’re looking for a way to get back to it.

All of these reasons are precisely why we’re holding this workshop!

We will break down aspects such as sun salutations, standing poses, and how to transition from standing to seated postures, among other topics we will cover.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions, and if you’re feeling a bit shy, you can always email us in advance.

This workshop also counts towards continuing education credits for yoga teachers.

Friday, June 27th, 10:45-11:45 a.m., kids aged 6-10 are invited to join Katie for a fun-filled hour of kids’ yoga.
The price is $15 per child.

You can use your existing account to sign them up or create a separate account.

Meet Peggy!

Peggy jumped at the chance to join us way back in 2021 for our first retreat

As a self described “non-yoga person” she was not sure what to expect.

She just knew that something was calling her to come so she answered the call.

And we are so glad she did!

Being in the woods does wonders for our soul and invites us to slow down plus we have sooo much fun!! That’s what has kept Peggy coming back for more.
