BIG NEWS!!

I’m launching something new: FREE, live group Q&A sessions all about nutrition and Parkinson’s.

If you or someone you care about is living with PD, you know how confusing nutrition advice can get. My favorite part of any speaking event is always the Q&A because the PD community is so curious, thoughtful, and eager to make sense of the latest info. I love helping people sort through what they’ve heard and find answers that actually make sense for real life.

These sessions are open to everyone with Parkinson’s and their care partners - no sales pitch, just real answers, support, and encouragement tailored to the challenges of PD.

The first session is coming up on Tuesday, May 20.

It’s not about perfection or restriction-it’s about choosing foods as close to their natural state as possible. Think fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, and healthy fats.
