šŸŽµ Try a new hobby - Day-to-day jobs can take a toll on your overall mental and emotional health. A hobby helps you take time away from the daily grind and can help you find that zest for life which may be missing.

šŸŽµRelaxing in a warm bath - this can help with reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, enhancing body image and self-esteem, and promoting self-care and relaxation.

šŸŽµSleep - This will help you to think more clearly and do better in school and at work.

šŸŽµTarget Run - Target is well lit and bright, which can help elevate your mood, you’re able to get out of the house and change scenery, cardio exercise aka walking the aisles slowly can aid in slowing down the anxious mind and can also be a good distraction from negative thoughts
