Meet us for your weekly dose of self-care THIS Monday and every Monday (except 6/22).

Whether you end your holiday weekend or start your week with us, this is where you can show up consistently for yourself, within a community.

Yoga Infinitum replicates its virtual classes’ commitment to wellness irl, partnering with the Atlanta Beltline to bring you Self-Ease—intentional movement, delicious deep breaths that help prioritize your SELF and find EASE in your body and mind. 🧘🏾‍♀️♾️

You’re not flexible? So what!
You’ve never done yoga. Here’s your chance!

And starting 6/7 we’re adding a Sunday Self-Ease at the Lee + White Great Lawn 10am. It’s so nice we gotta do it twice! 😉

Come as you are and get in where you fit in. Bring a mat, water (and your shades or cap bcz the sun is sunning ☀️).

We came together to breathe, flow and welcome spring.

The Self-Ease for the Spring Season experience sold out and came to life in he most beautiful way--surrounded by breathtaking art at the Buckhead Art & Company, powered by Lululemon, and filled with good people, moving together to find ease--in community.

I've been sitting on this idea for a while. There’s something deeply affirming about seeing a vision come to fruition exactly when and how it’s supposed to. It was the right people, the right space, the right time, and the right energy coming together. The energy that filled the room was undeniable.

Guests left with Yoga Infinitum planters, soil, and seeds to continue nurturing what they’re calling into their lives long after the event ended as a reminder that intentions need care, attention, and action to grow into something real.

Spring reminds us that this is the season to step outside (of your comfort zone), and give life to the dreams of your heart.

Infinite thank yous to everyone that came out and showed their support, my Yoga Infinitum members for their assistance, Lululemon and the staff at the Ponce City Market location for the fit, Buckhead Art & Company for the space, DJ OneNate for the sounds and KC the Vintage Vegan for the pics and vids. Each guest received a packet of seeds during the Self-Ease for the Season Spring event to remind them that the possibilities are infinite!

Everything starts with a thought.
Dreams come true from one thought.
Planting one seed, nourishing it. Putting it in the right environment with the right circumstances.
That’s it.
It’ll grow!
