With Gratitude - Eternal Strength Closing

When we opened the doors of Eternal Strength in 2020, we gave everything we had. For 5 ½ years, we tried our very best to build a place where young people and families could find support, truth, and care that felt human and real.

Eternal Strength has always been about the families we serve and the youth of our community. Y’all are the most important—don’t ever forget it. Youth voice is needed, and we will continue to listen in every way we can.

To every youth who trusted us with your heart and your journey—you are why Eternal Strength existed. Your words, your courage, and your growth have changed us forever.

To every parent and family who walked with us—we thank you deeply for your trust and your willingness to stand in the hard places alongside us.

To our community, staff, mentors, and friends—we couldn’t have done any of this without you. Your love and energy made it possible.

This week, we close our doors. It has been the perfect storm, but we end with pride, gratitude, and love for what we created together.

Eternal Strength and Radical Youth Work will live on in many ways—in the lives touched, the families strengthened, and in the work that continues to ripple outward.

Big news to share! 🎉

For nearly five years, Eternal Strength has been a space for growth, healing, and connection. We’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of families in this community, and we’re so grateful for the trust and relationships built along the way.

To continue showing up in even bigger ways, we’re launching our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) —a space for youth and young adults who need extra support while still balancing daily life.

Who is this for?
* Ages 12-17 & 18-25
* 3-5 days per week, 3 hours per day

What makes our IOP different?
We take a real, human, and holistic approach—rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and connection to what truly matters.

What’s included?
✨ Group Therapy – ACT-based process groups, identity exploration & coping skill-building
✨ Individual Therapy – One-on-one clinical support, tailored to each person’s journey
✨ Family Therapy & Parent Support – Strengthening family systems & communication
✨ Somatic & Expressive Modalities – Movement, mindfulness, music, art & holistic healing

This isn’t just about addressing challenges—it’s about helping young people create lives filled with purpose, meaning, and self-empowerment.

We are also now accepting insurance (out of network)! We want this support to be as accessible as possible, and we’ll work with families to navigate coverage options.

We’re so excited to grow this offering and continue walking alongside our community in deep and meaningful ways.

Myself and my amazing team: Andrew Smith and Erin Campbell had an amazing time presenting this year!
Always such an amazing group of youth workers from a wide range of arenas: education, juvenile justice, nonprofits, mental health counseling, etc.
Had the honor of presenting to an amazing group of healers, teachers, therapists, social workers and youth workers. People deeply passionate about their work on every level and devoted to helping youth be empowered and grow holistically 🙏🤍🙏

We are so grateful to the amazing .apt and her team for holding our first Night of Gratitude Gala to support Eternal Strength and Cosmic Lamb. Big thank you to Kris Benson for always being there to guide and support in everyway as well 🙏
Saturday was amazing and we are so humbled and grateful to the families that came out to support and raise awareness 🙏
Our goal is to continue to serve our community with family support and radical youth work and to be able to continue to scholarship families in need!
