Male victims may sometimes face discrimination from police, other emergency personnel, and agencies that provide resources for victims of abuse. In addition, men are not always included in the discussions for preventing narcissistic abuse. It may be more common for men to perpetuate narcissistic abuse, however they are also affected by and are victims of narcissistic abuse.
