Last year, as a company, we took the second biggest leap of faith to date (the first one being signing a 10 year lease in Atlanta with no business plan 😂).

We made the decision to:
-Go out of state for the first time
-Sign our largest lease
-Hire the best design and build team
-And recruit a full medical + movement team (who is the absolute best)

We didn’t take on capital, we hustled… hard.

There were lots of ups and downs along the way…

But this week when I opened the email with our professional photos (thank you ), I had another one of those WOW we are really doing it moments. I have talked about this before but as an entrepreneur it’s hard to pause and take a moment to embrace how far we have come.

Huge shout out to for believing in our mission and moving to Nashville to oversee the venture and our amazing medical team and for leading our incredible movement team

It would not be possible without our amazing team and I am forever grateful.

Tallinn holds a special place in our hearts. The girls got to see both houses Grandma grew up in AND they got their Estonian citizenship.

This is our second time going and highly recommend. Book a spot in old town and just get lost in the cobble streets. So much character and history in between those walls.

Any of these relateable? A balanced nervous system is the foundation of true wellness.

It’s not just about stress—your nervous system controls how you think, digest, sleep, heal, and connect.

When balanced, you feel:
-Calm but alert
-Focused but flexible
-Energized without anxiety
-Safe in your body and mind

But when it’s out of balance? You might feel some of these 10 symptoms.

And most importantly your body isn’t broken—it may just be stuck in sympathetic overdrive or hypoarousal.

Nervous system imbalances can happen with chronic stress, overtraining, under training, heavy alcohol use, viruses like COVID, mold exposure, environmental toxins and so much more!

Some days I’m finishing patient care notes with a toddler on my hip. Other days I’m recording a podcast, leading a meeting, or making it to preschool pickup with 30 seconds to spare. It’s messy. I drop the ball. I take forever to respond back, I know BUT yet it’s beautiful and exactly where I’m meant to be. To all the mamas juggling big dreams and little hands — keep going. None of these pillars can stand alone. Health isn’t found in perfectly timed workouts or flawless meals—it’s found in the ebb and flow of daily habits that support your mind, body, and spirit.

Balance means:
-Prioritizing movement without guilt on rest days
-Eating whole foods and enjoying the occasional indulgence
-Working with purpose and making space for play
-Setting goals while honoring your current season of life

Lifestyle medicine isn’t about perfection—it’s about intentionality. It’s a gentle but powerful shift from reacting to illness, to creating health from the inside out.

You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. Start with one step. One habit. One mindful breath. Over time, those small changes add up to big transformation.

From a dream to a reality—seeing each location sketched like this hits differently. 🖤✨

As I prep for my presentation, I’m reflecting on how far we’ve come. What started as a vision has grown into multiple locations, an incredible team (gosh what would I do without them) and a community that inspires me daily.

I sent ChatGPT a photo of each space, and it turned them into these beautiful black-and-white sketches. Somehow, they capture more than just the buildings—they capture a journey.

So grateful. So proud. And so excited for what’s next.
