What life skill do you wish you were taught as a child?

We’re not taught how to evaluate relationships.
We’re rarely taught how to exit them with clarity and confidence.
Not every relationship is toxic — some are simply misaligned. And that’s enough.

People tend to stay the same; we become "stuck" even when we know we need to do things differently. Becoming "unstuck" is where I help. I offer direct, powerful therapy: I don't "beat around the bush."
