Ultra-processed foods are manufactured โ€œfood productsโ€ like snacks, packaged meals, cereals, etc.)

1๏ธโƒฃ Added sugars and unhealthy fats that cause inflammation, which is linked with chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, some cancers, and weight gain.
