No other medical practice anywhere in the STATE OF GEORGIA - offers this TYPE OF PERSONAL CARE SERVICE — I am committed to keeping the public safe VIA DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH THE MEDICAL DOCTOR DR JACKSON GATES MD — my patients know me like FAMILY!!!

This service is still available — to include collecting HEALTHY SCREEN BASIC labs at your home or office to be couriered to a MAJOR reference lab for testing — this service of complete MOBILE healthcare — costs 650 dollars — it assures convenience and Safety of accountable results !!! The lab charges me 450 dollars so I only receive 200 dollars (which is MUCH LESS THAN WHAT YOU WOULD PAY FOR AN IN PHYSICIAN’s OFFICE WELL CHECK VISIT) which also includes traveling expense !!!
