Christopher Milton is a native of East Point, Georgia; he has a B.A. in Human Service/Counseling. Christopher has completed classes in Food, Nutrition, and Health, Wellness Coaching, Personal Training, Leadership Training, Life Coaching and is certified in Holistic and Integrative Health. Christopher is currently taking a certification class in stress management. He is also a certified Personal Development Coach for Project Health & Wellness and a speaker, coach, and trainer for the John Maxwell Team. Project Health & Wellness objective is to inspire, inform, and educate people to optimal health and wellness. Christopher has served in public service for over 15 years. He is a deacon at North Avenue Presbyterian Church and a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. Christopher Milton is a member of the South Fulton Running Partners and the Network of Multi-Sport African American Athletes (NOMSA). While being a lifelong student of personal growth & development and health & wellness, he has coached several clients back to good health by engaging in an active lifestyle and developing healthy eating habits. Christopher has a true passion for personal development and holistic health. His mission is to help people reach their highest potential by focusing on their mind, body, and spirit.
